Ce poudrier qui ressemble à un bijou est à l'effigie de la tour Eiffel, des années 1900/1950 en laiton et écaille de tortue, de forme ronde.
Ce poudrier souvenir est exposé à la bibliothèque Forney à Paris à la seule différence que l'image est en couleur alors que celui que nous proposons présente une image en noir et blanc, ce qui indique qu'il est probablement plus ancien.
La dame de fer, clou de l'exposition universelle de 1889 devenue le symbole de la capitale Française, est l'oeuvre de Gustave Eiffel. Sa taille exceptionnelle de 330 m de haut et sa forme en ont fait un emblème de Paris.
